Special attention should be paid to the following points during the use of the bearing seat:
(1) Use of bearing seat cooling system. When the bearing housing cooling water is used correctly, it not only extends the service life of the bearing housing, but also improves production efficiency. The material of the bearing housing is generally made of special bearing housing steel through various treatments. Even the best bearing housing steel has its limit of use, such as temperature. If the mold temperature is too high when the bearing housing is in use, it is easy to cause cracks on the surface of the mold core early, and some bearing housings will appear on a large area before even more than 2000 mold cracks. Even in the production of the bearing housing, the mold core has changed color because the temperature of the bearing housing is too high. After measurement, it has even reached more than 400 degrees. Such a temperature is prone to cracks when it encounters the chill of the release agent. The products are also easy to deform, strain, stick and die. In the case of using the cooling water of the bearing seat, the use of the release agent can be greatly reduced, so that the operator will not use the release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing seat. The benefit is to effectively extend the life of the bearing seat, save the die-casting cycle, improve product quality, reduce the occurrence of sticking mold and strain and aluminum sticking, and reduce the use of release agent. It can also reduce the loss of the ejector rod and core due to overheating of the bearing housing.
(2) The bearing seat must be preheated during the start of production to prevent the occurrence of cracks when the cold bearing seat suddenly encounters hot metal liquid. More complex bearing seats can be liquefied with a blowtorch Gas, good conditions use mold temperature machine, relatively simple bearing seat can be preheated by slow injection.
(3) The cleaning of the bearing housing parting surface is very troublesome and easy to ignore. The operator thoroughly cleans the bearing housing parting surface with kerosene, which not only prevents the bearing housing from being crushed, And after cleaning, the exhaust groove blocked by the residue of the release agent or other dirt on the bearing seat can be opened, which is beneficial to the exhaust of the gas in the cavity during the injection process and improve the product quality.
(4) If the bearing housing is equipped with neutron control, please note that the signal line between the die casting machine and the bearing housing is absolutely forbidden. The reason is very clear. In daily production, it is difficult to avoid water on the signal line, or The place where the joint is banded is easy to break, resulting in short circuit with the machine tool. If the signal is wrong, the alarm will stop automatically and the time will be delayed, and the signal will be disordered, and the bearing seat will be damaged. Cause unnecessary losses.
